CellTreat's Permeable Cell Culture Inserts, model 230620, come in 12-well plates. They suspend above tissue culture-treated wells, facilitating co-culture. Grow cells on both the insert membrane and the well bottom. The inserts fit perfectly in the plate wells, enabling pipette access to the lower chamber and preventing liquid transfer between the insert and the side wall.
